RAFFLE PARTY
2009 CTS CADILLAC
THE DRAWING FOR THE KHIVA RAFFLE PARTY WILL BE HELD AT THE KHIVA TEMPLE ON
OCTOBER 17TH, 2009. PARTY STARTS AT 7:00 PM AND THE DRAWING WILL BEGIN AT 7:30 PM
AND ENDING WHEN THE DRAWINGS ARE COMPLETED. EACH REDEEMED TICKET WILL ADMIT
TWO ADULTS. THERE WILL BE FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS SERVED.
NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED
.KHIVA SHRINE DRAWING GUIDELINES:
1. Each TICKET issued will be eligible for the Drawing.
2. Each TICKET will be issued from the KHIVA SHRINE office at 305 E. 5th Avenue, Amarillo, TX by return mail to the
purchaser of a voucher upon receipt at the KHIVA SHRINE office of the original voucher and the $100.00 purchase
price. There will be a 15 day waiting period to allow for clearance of checks prior to issuance of the ticket.
3. Eligible ticket holder need not be present to win.
4. Proceeds to benefit Khiva Shrine, not deductible as a charitable contribution.
5. PAYMENT MUST ACCOMPANY THIS VOUCHER FOR IT TO BE VALIDATED AND TICKET ISSUED.
